How to Do Nitaai Meditation?

Nitaai Meditation - Write the 10 strokes of निताइ in the air with your finger while visualizing each shape in your mind. Eyes can be open or closed. Optionally for some time, you can also inhale deeply while airwriting the odd strokes and exhale slowly while airwriting the even strokes. It is based on the unlimited potencies of Nature’s own shape निताइ integrated with Creative Visualization.

You can also try Resonating Nitaai Meditation:

1. Inhale slowly and deeply from the nose.

2. Then open your mouth and slowly and softly resonate a long “Nitaaaaaaaaaaai” sound. Mindfully focus on that sound coming out from the tip of your mouth. Repeat as needed.

You can also listen to, sing, sing along, or dance to the Nitaai sound or music tracks and videos.

“Ni” is pronounced as “ni” in ”omni”. And “taai” is pronounced as ”tie” but with a soft “t” like in Spanish.
